Bible Study

2nd Sunday of each month September-May

10:15-11:00 a.m.

Beginning September 2024 we will study the Book of Faith Series on Paul's letters to the Corinthians by Ritva H. Williams

This study examines the correspondence from the apostle Paul to the early church in Corinth. Paul's letters to this church provided guidance - for persons new to faith as well as those growing in faith - about what it means to be a disciple of Christ. This study examines some of the "big questions" the church faced, and that we still face today.

This 8-session course explores selected passages from 1 and 2 Corinthians.
Whose Am I? (1 Corinthians 1:1-30)
What Then Am I? (1 Corinthians 3:1 – 4:5)
It’s Not All About Me? (1 Corinthians 6:12-20; 10:23-33)
What Am I Good For? (1 Corinthians 12:1-31)
What Will I Be Ultimately? (1 Corinthians 12:12-28; 35-58)
How Do I Achieve This Glory? (2 Corinthians 3:1 – 4:15)
What Can I Do Here and Now? (2 Corinthians 4:16 – 5:21)
What is My Response to God’s Grace? (2 Corinthians 8:1-15; 9:1-15)
